Karate Programs
Little Ninjas
$85 /month
Tue @ 5:00pm
Introduces younger students to karate through age-appropriate instruction, movement, listening skills, confidence-building, respect, and fun.
Juniors Karate
$125 /month
Tue @ 6:00 pm & Thu @ 7:00pm
Develops strong karate fundamentals, coordination, focus, confidence, respect, and perseverance through consistent training. Two classes per week.
MMA Programs
Kids MMA
$95 /month
Mon / Wed @ 5:00pm
Mixed martial arts training designed for younger athletes. Builds discipline, coordination, and self-defence skills in a safe environment.
MMA Jujitsu
$85 /month
Tue @ 7:00pm
Focused ground game and submission training. Perfect as a standalone program or complement to your MMA membership.
Adult MMA
$110 /month
Mon / Wed @ 6:00pm
Comprehensive MMA training for adults of all skill levels. Striking, grappling, and conditioning in a supportive team atmosphere.
Wellness & Fitness

A 6-week intensive program designed to challenge your strength and endurance.
Wellness Punch Cards

6 classes to use at your own pace. Book any available yoga or qigong class on the schedule.

Add live sparring sessions to any existing membership. Fridays only.
Drop-In

Try a class or train when you're in town. No commitment required.
Important Registration Notes
Annual association fees are paid once per student for the 2026/2027 season.
Payment plans cover regular scheduled classes only unless otherwise noted.
Belt testing is based on readiness, attendance, effort, and instructor approval.
Optional seminar, tournament, travel, equipment, and event costs are separate unless specifically included.
Fees and schedules are for the 2026/2027 season and are subject to the official registration agreement and waiver.
