PROGRAMS

SHOTAKAN KARATE: AGES 4+

Traditional Shotokan training rooted in discipline, structure, and character development. Students progress through a formal belt system under the standards of the Provincial Martial Arts Association while building strength, focus, confidence, and respect.

Point sparring is controlled and non-contact, designed to develop timing, discipline, and sportsmanship in a safe, structured environment.

YOUTH AND FAMILY YOGA:

One of the area’s only structured youth-focused yoga programs, designed specifically for growing bodies and developing minds. Through guided movement and breathwork, students build flexibility, focus, emotional regulation, and calm confidence.

Family classes available.

COMMUNITY FITNESS HUB:

A collaborative studio space for qualified instructors and wellness professionals. We support aligned programs that strengthen our community and promote disciplined, intentional movement.
